This Privacy Policy explains how Oleva collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Oleva mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

3) AI-enabled content generation (text/image processing)

Oleva transforms your words into visual content. When you choose to generate content, your inputs (text and optional images) are processed on Oleva’s own servers under our control.

  • No third-party sharing for processing: we do not provide your text or uploaded images to third parties for AI processing.
  • Deletion: inputs are deleted promptly after processing is completed.
  • Training/marketing: uploaded images and text are not used to train models or for marketing.
  • User control: you decide whether to upload content and generate output.
  • Photos/face data: Oleva does not perform facial recognition and does not create or store biometric identifiers.

4) How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, core features).
  • Personalize your experience (preferences and settings).
  • Improve and develop the Service (analytics, performance, reliability).
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5) How we share information

We may share information only in limited circumstances and on a minimum-necessary basis:

  • With your consent.
  • With service providers (processors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • To comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
  • To protect rights, property, and safety (including fraud and security investigations).

We do not sell personal information.

6) International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

No system is 100% secure. Please keep your account credentials confidential.

  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (subject to legal obligations).
  • Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
  • Customer support records: up to 6 months.
  • AI inputs (text/images for generation): deleted promptly after processing is completed.

9) Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent.

  • You can disable location permissions in your device settings.

10) Children and minimum age

The Service is rated 17+ and is not intended for individuals under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
